We are committed to providing reliable shipping services and ensuring that your orders are processed and delivered as smoothly as possible.

Please review our Shipping Policy before placing an order.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

HNB BOUTIQUE currently provides shipping services to:

• West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia)
• East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)
• Singapore

All orders are dispatched from Malaysia.

2. ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

Ready Stock Items

• Orders with confirmed payment before 2:00 PM (Malaysia Time, UTC+8) are generally dispatched on the same day.
• Orders with confirmed payment at or after 2:00 PM are generally dispatched on the next dispatch day.
• We do not dispatch orders on Sundays.
• Same-day dispatch applies only on operating dispatch days and is subject to product availability, courier collection schedules, and operational circumstances.

Public holidays and courier service disruptions may affect dispatch arrangements.

Pre-Order Items

• Pre-order items generally require 7–10 working days before dispatch.
• The estimated processing period excludes courier delivery time.
• Dispatch may be delayed due to supplier availability, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers will be informed of significant delays were reasonably possible.

3. MIXED ORDERS (READY STOCK & PRE-ORDER)

Orders containing both ready-stock and pre-order items will be dispatched together once all items are available.

Please note:

• Ready-stock items will be held until the pre-order items arrive.
• The entire order will be packed and shipped together.
• Pre-order processing generally takes 7–10 working days.
• Estimated courier delivery times begin after the complete order has been dispatched.
• Separate shipping is not provided by default.

Customers who wish to receive ready-stock items earlier are encouraged to place separate orders. Separate shipping charges will apply.

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:

Important Notes:

• Delivery estimates begin after the parcel has been dispatched.
• Pre-order processing time is not included in the delivery estimates.
• Working days exclude Sundays, applicable public holidays, and courier non-operating days.
• Delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Delivery may take longer due to public holidays, customs inspections, weather conditions, high shipping volume, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your delivery is significantly delayed, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

5. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

• Total parcel weight, including packaging
• Delivery destination
• Applicable courier rates
• Volumetric weight, where required by the courier

The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Shipping fees may vary depending on the number of items purchased, parcel size, weight, and delivery location.

Any shipping promotions or free-shipping offers are subject to their stated terms and conditions.

6. SELF PICK-UP SERVICE

HNB BOUTIQUE offers self pick-up services at our temporary showroom in Permas Jaya, Johor Bahru.

Showroom Operating Period:

6 November 2026 – 4 February 2027

Pick-Up Location:

27-1, Jalan Permas 5/9,

Johor, Malaysia.

Pick-Up Hours:

Friday – Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Monday – Thursday: Closed

Important Information:

• Self pick-up is available for confirmed orders only.
• Customers must receive a pick-up confirmation before visiting.
• Please provide your order number upon collection.
• Ready-stock orders can be collected once confirmed as ready.
• Orders containing pre-order items can only be collected once all items have arrived.
• No shipping fee applies to confirmed self pick-up orders.
• Self pick-up is only available during the showroom’s operating period.

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TO SINGAPORE

HNB BOUTIQUE provides international shipping services to Singapore.

Estimated delivery time is generally 5–7 working days after dispatch, subject to courier operations and customs clearance.

International shipments may be subject to import GST, customs duties, or courier handling fees, depending on applicable Singapore regulations.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, import taxes, duties, or customs-related charges not collected by HNB BOUTIQUE are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs inspections and clearance procedures may result in additional delivery time.

8. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Customers may track their parcels through the relevant courier company’s official tracking website.

Please allow some time for tracking information to be updated after parcel collection.

9. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details, including:

• Recipient’s full name
• Contact number
• Complete delivery address
• Postal code

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible.

Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

Additional shipping charges arising from incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information may apply where reasonably justified and permitted by law.

10. FAILED DELIVERY & RETURNED PARCELS

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or failure to collect the parcel, it may be returned to us.

Where the failed delivery is attributable to the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

We will contact the customer to discuss the available arrangements.

Any refund or other remedy will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

11. LOST, DAMAGED OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your parcel is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed during transit, please contact our customer service team as soon as reasonably possible.

Customers are encouraged to provide:

• Order number
• Tracking number
• Photographs of the parcel or damaged items
• An unboxing video, if available

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video from the unopened parcel until all items have been unpacked, as this may assist with courier investigations.

However, an unboxing video is not mandatory for exercising statutory consumer rights.

We will assist in investigating the issue with the relevant courier service provider and provide appropriate remedies according to the circumstances and applicable consumer protection laws.

Delivered but Not Received

If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your parcel, please contact us promptly.

We will assist in investigating the delivery status with the courier provider.

Any appropriate resolution will be determined based on the investigation and applicable legal requirements.

12. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For information about returns, size exchanges, damaged products, and refunds, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

For voluntary size exchanges, customers are generally responsible for the return and replacement shipping fees.

For incorrect, defective, or misdescribed products, shipping-related costs and appropriate remedies will be handled according to applicable consumer protection laws.
